Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in the Polyurethane (PU) Chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sale of TDI, MDI, and Polyols, along with established relationships within key international markets.
This role requires a commercially driven individual capable of independently managing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s expansion across global markets.
Key Requirements:
- Nationality: Indian
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years (preferably 7–10 years) in the PU Chemicals industry
- Industry Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience in the sale of TDI, MDI, and Polyols
- Strong understanding of polyurethane applications and market dynamics
- Market Exposure: Experience in at least one of the following regions:
- Africa
- MENA
- South Asia
- South America
- Russia & CIS
- Client Base: Must have an existing and active customer network within the industry
- Language Skills:
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, etc.) is essential
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage international accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Compensation:
- Salary range: AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month
- Compensation is negotiable for exceptional candidates based on experience, market knowledge, and client portfolio
